School of Divinity

Introduction
The School of Divinity within TCA College has been actively preparing leaders for Christian ministry since 1979.

Since its inception, hundreds of students have passed through its doors receiving equipping to fulfill God’s call to be leaders within their spheres of influence. The school strongly believes in the need for both a sound grounding in theology as well as practical ministry skills.

Thus, the programmes offered by the School provide a foundation in both breadth and depth of the theological disciplines. Students are then able to integrate this knowledge with acquired ministry skills to practically grow the life of the church. At the same time, students enjoy ongoing intellectual and spiritual formation through participation in the vibrant student life of TCA College and through interaction with members of the faculty.

A distinctive of the school is its Pentecostal/Charismatic ethos. This is seen in the courses conducted which emphasizes the life and ministry of the Holy Spirit within the church. Though the School is never dogmatic over this doctrine, students are invited to develop a Pentecostal/Charismatic worldview towards ministry.

The School is currently actively seeking strategic partnerships with renowned institutions overseas. In the coming years, the school hopes to launch ThM and Doctoral programs to further serve the Christian community in Singapore and Asia.

The School is fully committed to maintaining excellence in education. Its undergraduate and graduate programmes are fully accredited by the Asia Theological Association (ATA) and the Asia Pacific Theological Association (APTA). TCA College has also received CaseTrust for Education certification in Singapore.
