The Masters of Arts in Ministry programme is a graduate programme designed to provide advanced professional knowledge and skills for pastors and church workers presently in active ministry. It focuses on the practical aspects of ministry.

Duration Full-time :
1 year for theological Bachelor degree holders
2 years for non-theological Bachelor degree holders
Part-time : Up to 6 years

Additional Admission Requirements Candidates must have a Bachelor degree from a recognized University with a minimum GPA of 2.7.

Program Objectives  
  Cognitive Develop the knowledge of, and skills in, the interpretation and application of Scripture.
    Understand the various trends in contemporary ministry.
    Understand the nature of the church, its ministry and mission.
    Reflect theologically on contemporary issues in the Christian community and make independently formed judgments.
  Affective Grow in their love for the church and its mission in fulfilling the Great Commission.
    Desire to adequately fill their roles in church and its mission.
    Cultivate sanctified aspirations in professional ministry.
  Life and Ministry Skills Effectively communicate the practical application of biblical truth with clarity and conviction.
    Apply biblical principles to practical life situations.
    Demonstrate professional skill competencies in the ministries of the church.
