School of Leadership

Introduction

Building on 25 years of training experience, the School of Leadership is strategically placed to empower emerging leaders for the complex demands of the new millennium. The School blends robust research with authentic spiritual formation and excels in training men and women to extend the Kingdom of God in their particular ministry contexts.

The School of Leadership is dedicated to five basic values:
  - We do not merely discuss the nature of community, but function as a loving community of learners under the Lordship of Christ.
  - We believe the most effective training involves a biblical balance of theory, dynamic reflection, spiritual formation, and ministry application.
  - We are dependent on prayer for the success of our curriculum. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we rely on our corporate prayers to enable students to find meaning, wholeness, and truth.
  - We encourage life-long learning. The School provides graduates with ongoing opportunities for counsel, mentoring, worship, and fellowship.
  - Our faculty are seasoned practitioners with extensive experience in church leadership, leadership development, missiology, organisational management, and strategic planning.

The School of Leadership offers a number of innovations in the programmes to ensue that students are progressively focussed and empowered for effective cross-cultural service. The programmes are internationally recognised and present unique opportunities for distinctive post-graduate theological education.
