Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
In partnership with Azusa Pacific University (APU)

Are you aspiring to lead your organization or ministry with excellence? Are you needing to grow your leadership to a higher level?

TCA College is partnering with Azusa Pacific University (APU) to offer the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.

Azusa Pacific University (APU) is one of America's Top 25 Western Universities under the Masters Classification. Starting in 2007, this programme can be a catalyst in your development as a trans-cultural and transformational leader. Enriched by a Christian perspective of truth and life, it offers vital training and insight to leaders in any field, and position you to impact this rapidly changing world with a Christian worldview.

Degree Uses

A majority of students view this program as personal and professional development to enhance their current positions and roles within organizations and volunteer work. For some, this degree allows graduates to move into supervisory positions, become directors of programs, and achieve further credibility inside and outside of their organizations. An M.A. often opens the doors for teaching, consulting, and future graduate study.

Format

To fit the schedules of busy executives, APU lecturers fly into Singapore to conduct intensive sessions for two weeks every year. The intensive sessions are followed by year-long study projects, where students interact with professors online and do research utilizing APU library resources.

The projects, like the classes themselves, relate directly to each student's occupational responsibilities. This fuels each student's personal and professional development, enhancing their role within their current organization while positioning them for future achievements.

To achieve a high level of meaningful interaction between students and their professors, each intake will not exceed 15-20 students.
