Student Protection Scheme

TCA College has implemented the Consumer Association of Singapore endorsed Student Protection Scheme and CASE-Approved Student Contract for all our students who are officially enrolled from February 2006. Self-financing students are protected under the Student Tuition Fee Insurance.

However, self-financing local students (including Singapore Permanent Residents) may opt out of the Student Protection Scheme. Students who are supported by their churches or Christian organizations are protected under the CASE-Approved Student Contract. TCA College’s NTUC Master Insurance Policy number is 1000000054.

All new students are required to sign either the Standard Student Contract or the CASE-Approved Student Contract within the first two weeks of enrolment.

TCA College welcomes students’ feedback on service and programme matters. Feedback or grievances or redress will be handled by the Administrative Committee or Dean’s Office. The College conducts regular course evaluation exercise for students to provide feedback on every module that is taught in every trimester.

In accordance with CASE’s guidelines, we declare the following:

TCA College lecturer to student ratio is 1:20.

TCA College occupies the Education Hub of Trinity@Paya Lebar, which houses a Chapel, 2 lecture theatres, a Library and 12 classrooms. The rooms have a seating capacity from 10 to 200.

We have 24 resident lecturers, 27 adjunct lecturers and 16 guest lecturers.
