School of Leadership

Why School of Leadership

Church groups and Christian organizations face a number of challenges and pressures that are growing in demands and complexity. The School of Leadership (SOL) recognizes that continuous leadership development is vital for you, as a Christian leader, to not only stay nimble to respond to many evolving changes in society and communities, but also constantly equip yourself to think and act strategically.

The leadership program offered by the School is thus designed to meet the needs of those who desire to enhance their understanding of organizational leadership and strategic planning and apply this deeper knowledge in the contexts of their local church or Christian organization. What is distinctive about the program is in its approach that integrates cutting edge theoretical thinking with biblically grounded teaching and practical application. Students will adopt a continuous learning posture so as to serve and function more effectively in their respective ministry contexts and communities.

Overview / Admission Requirement

This graduate program is jointly-offered through a strategic partnership between TCA College (Singapore) and Life Pacific College (United States). Life Pacific College is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) and Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).

The biblically grounded, ministry focused, professional and practical curriculum is offered online with two one-week residencies. The program includes an integral field-based component and a major leadership project (capstone) which will involve a deep exploration of the students’ calling, an understanding of their leadership context, and the development of a strategic initiative for an existing ministry or the creation of a new endeavor.

A limited number of applicants without a Bachelor’s degree may be accepted into the program.
