We had an engaging time with Dr John Ng from Eagles Communications during our Leadership Insight session on 14 May 2008. He shared with us on T.E.A.M. leadership as teamwork is a consequence of 4 factors:

Transforming leadership
Enhancing relationships
Aligning roles and responsibilities
Managing systems and processes

These were illustrated through an interesting video clip on Michael Jordan – the NBA star - and how he led his team in winning. We can emulate his hardworking attitude and stoic determination. Besides, God-centred leadership also involves vision, integrity, upholding of values, synergy in relationships and building a climate of trust. T.E.A.M. leadership is about winning together for the sake of Christ for the extension of His Kingdom.

Much can be gleaned from this insightful session.
