Launch of the New OPAC Library System

After carefully studying the various softwares available for almost two years, the College has decided on the SirsiDynix OPAC system given its many powerful functions and capabilities to serve the needs of the College.

The new system will enable library users to conduct searches of books and manage their loans and renewal online.

The library staff underwent two full-weeks of intensive training in December07/January08 with a trainer from SirsiDynix.

Do contact the College if you feel led to help fund the system or to give towards the purchase of books n the library as this will contribute very significantly to the educational development of the students. We also hope to provide online journals one day, so that research can be done any where one may be as long as there is an internet connection.
