Student Life
TCA College strongly believes in the spiritual formation of the students. Weekly small group sessions include interesting discussion topics and prayer are held with a faculty advisor. Chapel sessions include worship, prayer and messages by members of the faculty, students, visiting pastors, missionaries and laypersons.
In addition to these activities, faculty, staff and students unite through play, fellowship and cultural presentations during the annual College Cohesion Day and Cultural Night. All full-time students are required to participate in College events and activities.
All students are encouraged to maintain regular private devotions. They are to participate in prayer meetings and services of the local churches where they are attached.
Field Education
All full-time students should be involved in a specific ministry in order to fulfill ten hours of field education per week. Foreign students may be assigned to local churches for ministry exposure.
Ministry Exposure
Ministry teams under the supervision of the Dean of Students or a faculty member may be selected to visit churches for promotional and ministry purposes. All students are encouraged to participate in at least one missions trip a year through the College or a local church.
Small Groups
All full-time students participate in small groups for pastoral care and relationship building. These groups are led by a faculty and a student leader (from the Student Council). Students can approach the faculty for advice and counseling. This is to provide a holistic environment for spiritual formation and growth.
