Building on 25 years of training experience, the School of Leadership is strategically placed to empower emerging leaders for the complex demands of the new millennium. The School blends robust research with authentic spiritual formation and excels in training men and women to extend the Kingdom of God in their particular ministry contexts.
The School of Leadership is dedicated to five basic values:
- We seek to function as a loving community of learners under the Lordship of Christ.
- We believe the most effective training involves a biblical balance of theory, dynamic reflection, spiritual formation, and ministry application.
- Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we rely on our corporate prayers to enable students to find meaning, wholeness, and truth.
- The School provides graduates with ongoing opportunities for counsel, mentoring, worship, and fellowship.
- Our faculty are seasoned practitioners with extensive experience in all aspects of church and mission leadership.
