The Asia Pacific Theological Association 7th General Assembly was held in TCA College from 8-11 Sep 2008. The theme for this General Assembly was “Emerging Paradigms for Pentecostal Education”. The keynote speaker, Dr William Kay, addressed an audience of more than 130 delegates from the United Sates, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and other parts of the region. Other educationists and leaders like Dr Mark Hutchinson, Rev David Hymes, Dr Alex Fuentes, Dr Paul Lewis, Dr Brendan Roach, Dr John Carter, Dr Lazarus Chakwera and Rev Dr Patrick Lau spoke variedly on topics on Pentecostal Education and issues of our time. It was a fruitful 4 days where the various Pentecostal representatives and associates meet for an engaging time of conference and business directions. TCA College was honoured to have provided APTA with a conducing venue in our new campus for this year’s General Assembly.
