The Doctoral Seminar was held in TCA College on 12 September 2008. This was the first Doctoral Seminar since the Bangor University’s PhD and DMin programmes were launched by TCA College in July 2007 and May 2008 respectively. We thank Dr William Kay, the Director of the Centre for Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies and Reader in Practical Theology from Bangor University for conducting the Seminar. Dr Kay familiarised the participants with the various details of Bangor University, its regulations, facilities and resources; the seminar also covered the various aspects of the doctoral programmes including supervision process, dissertation and viva requirements, research problems and dissertation methodology. The Doctoral Seminar was well attended by current and potential PhD and DMin students and supervisors.
