This conference seeks to address the challenges of Chrisitan ministry which has many psycho-spiritual and occupational hazards. It also seeks to provide resources for dealing with these areas of potential weakness, temptation and vulnerability which Christian leaders are not immune from.
Attention will be given to the leader's personal and spiritual life, ethical dilemmas and conflicts, and the ever present issues of dealing with stress and burnout, discouragement and depression, guilt and shame and other bondages.
