Brenda Lee Rui Ting I Singapore

In my time in TCA , I am thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow in my understanding of the Word and ministry. This has helped me to apply it in my ministry. Thanks to the lecturers for their teaching and insights that helped in my learning experience. I am also thankful for the diverse group of friends that I came to know throughout the years, it was fun to study alongside them and to learn together. Even though we might come from different churches, with different backgrounds, each person brings an unique perspective with them.

I am grateful to God for His love, grace and mercy that have seen me through my TCA journey. My perspective broadened as I learned and pondered over challenging thoughts from various lecturers. I would really like to thank each and every faculty for being so gracious to me and enriching me with understanding and great insight. Most importantly, I would like to thank President Dennis Lum and Dean Joseph Tan for accepting me into the school, knowing that I did not have any proper educational qualifications. Through the trust and opportunity that was given to me, I truly experienced the fact that God is not only a gracious God but He is also the God of the impossible who has made all these possible for me.

Joseph Devaraj s/o Sundraraj I Singapore

I am deeply grateful to God for the incredible opportunity to study at TCA College as this journey has truly been life-changing. When I first entered the college, I was not sure what to expect, but I have definitely gained far more than I ever imagined. Additionally, beyond gaining knowledge, my time at TCA has been a profound spiritual journey that has drawn me closer to God and deepened my personal relationship with Christ.
TCA College has also become a home to me, a place where I have found a faithful and loving community. I have been blessed with the privilege of interacting with people from diverse ministries, nations, and denominations, and each encounter has enriched my life in a meaningful way. The lessons that I have learned from these incredible individuals have broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of God's work around the world.
Overall, I am thankful for this school, its dedicated lecturers, the inspiring students, and the supportive community that have shaped and impacted my life. TCA has definitely equipped and prepared me as I step into full-time ministry!

My studies at TCA were robust and rewarding. Lastly, the community at TCA is supportive and sweet, and I have made many lifelong friends here. I am truly thankful to God for sending me to TCA. Tony Tan Kok Wee I Singapore
St Paul's Church
I have been with TCA for the last 7 years as a part-time theology student. The faculty staff was very understanding despite my busy schedule, with pastoral work in church and also doing my studies. The faculty always challenges us to think out of the box, and to be open to other worldviews and understanding of the Bible, and what I have previously perceived as the correct understanding of the Gospel. This has helped me to appreciate others' theological view-points and stands.

Yeong Hor Foong I Singapore
Church Of Singapore
I am grateful for the opportunity to complete my studies at TCA. As a lay Christian with a full-time job, serving in both church and parachurch ministries, balancing these responsibilities alongside my studies has been a significant challenge. Five and a half years is a long time, especially for someone in their 50s, and for many, it might seem like an impossible mission. However, what I have gained goes beyond mere head knowledge; I have also deepened my relationship with the Lord. I hope the Lord will continue to guide me on my journey after TCA. I would like to thank all the teachers, the dean, my classmates, and the staff for their support, fellowship, and guidance - completing this course would not have been possible without everyone.

Chow Yuk Hin I Singapore

It has been a journey that put my faith to test. As I was doing this GDCS part time, there is a demand on me to balance my work, family and study. There was a time that I wanted to give up but I know that doing this course is part of God's plan to be adequately trained for the next phase of my life. My learning experience in TCA is a enriching one. I will fondly remember my three years studying in TCA.

Before taking this program, I read the Bible using methods that I had learnt from here and there. After the course, I get to experiment with different methods of reading the Bible and expose myself to different schools of thought on theology. These had widened my horizon and caused me to dig deeper into the Word of God. In return, I have become more confident in handling the Word of God and loving God more.
Ng Kheng Lee Ronald I Singapore

TCA has changed my spiritual outlook on life. It has grown me in maturity and matters of God and his character. It has encouraged me and opened up new avenues for ministry through the Word and the Holy Spirit. I am challenged to study more of the Word and to read widely to be a more effective carrier of the gospel.

Priscilla Seong Koon Xue Er I Singapore
Grace Assembly of God
I'm grateful for the years at TCA! Although it was an asynchronous program, my thought life was nonetheless enriched by the variety of courses offered by TCA. Coming from a Pentecostal background, reading fellow peers and course coordinators' insights has broadened my perspective of the Christian faith. Hearing different faith experiences has also helped me grow in critical thinking and ministry. I have developed compassion and sensitivity towards people and situations. In all, being here reminds me that we are on vastly different journeys, yet we converge on knowing the grace of Jesus Christ.
Stacy Tan Bei Yi I Singapore

I thoroughly enjoyed the academic rigor and spiritual revelation during my time at TCA. My favorite part was hearing from professors of different denominations, which allowed me to form my own theology through questioning, wrestling, and refinement. To every student who plans to embark on a course of study - whether for ministry or your own enrichment - I wish you all the best. God bless you.

As a bivocational pastor, this journey at TCA College has strengthened my calling and equipped me with deeper biblical convictions and practical wisdom for both the pulpit and the marketplace. Balancing ministry and work hasn’t always been easy, but this season has deepened my dependence on God and clarified His purpose for my life. I leave this chapter not just with a degree but with a renewed fire to serve, anchored in truth, led by the Spirit, and committed to building lives for God’s Kingdom wherever He places me.

Victor Otieno Omondi I Kenya
Christ Is The Answer Ministries
I transit a world of plurality of ideologies, conformity to relativistic thoughts, and the denial of the objectivity of the person of Christ, and His works. However, TCA has impacted me greatly and has equipped me to navigate such a complex world. I have been reminded to embrace and live out my apostolic mandate as I radiate the glory of the cruciform. Through TCA I have been reminded to invest in knowledge and be sharpened daily for empathetic engagement. For it is not by the power of rhetorics and eloquence that the world is transformed but through Christ-like compassion, seasoned with empathetic knowledge. Only through such (empathetic) knowledge will the walls of opposing beliefs be dissolved to lift the banner of Christ. To this end, my learning has just begun and it continues. I am grateful for the support of all the teaching and non-teaching staff, they eased my burden to learn. I appreciate all my classmates who shared different perspectives that aided my learning exposure. I am grateful to God who works all things according to His great kingdom purpose.

Moreover, being able to be a part of the Masters of Arts in Ministry program on a part-time basis not only offered me the flexibility that I needed while being in full-time ministry, but also enabled me to readily apply the knowledge and insights that I learned from my classes to my ministry context.

My time at TCA has been a transformative journey. Being a part-time student, the rigorous academic training challenged me to think critically about theology, leadership, and ministry. As a result, I learned to integrate various biblical truths into practical ministry, strengthening how ministry is done. TCA also equipped me to support and enhance ministry ideas and proposals with academic research and findings. In addition, I deeply value the kingdom friendships made at TCA with classmates from different churches and denominations, who encouraged, inspired, and sharpened me throughout this journey.
Master of Divinity

Koh Wei Fang, Samantha I Singapore
Elim Church Assembly of God
At TCA, the impact goes beyond academics to the strong community built over the 5+ years I've spent studying. The friendships formed was not just in school but it lasted beyond the school, and until now, there’s still connection with those who have graduated before me. The lecturers were down to earth and willing to spend time with us. They also provided valuable spiritual and practical guidance, always being approachable and supportive. Learning in TCA has deepened my faith, enhanced my understanding of God, and equipped me with crucial life, ministry, and interpersonal skills. It challenged my existing mindsets and improved my research abilities. Starting with limited knowledge, the journey proved enriching in every way—physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually—significantly expanding understanding of faith and ministry.
