Overview
The Diploma in Theology (DipTh) is a program designed to facilitate greater personal spiritual growth and deepen your understanding of the Bible and Christian beliefs. The program integrates strong biblical knowledge with practical ministry skills, helping you develop a nuanced set of theological and practical skills necessary for effective Christian ministry. The program is also suitable for those who have previously completed a Certificate in Ministry or its equivalent and wish to progress further.

This flexible structure ensures that students can tailor their educational journey to fit their personal, work, ministry commitments.
Admission Requirements
The applicant should fulfil the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old on the date of admission
- GCE ‘A’ level certificate or diploma certificate. Applicants without formal schooling can apply if they are at least 25 years old with at least 5 years of ministry experience and successfully pass a qualifying assessment. Accepted students will begin with the Certificate of Ministry courses and must achieve a cumulative GPA of 2.0.
- Involvement in Christian ministry and commitment to spiritual growth
- Water baptized
- Recommended by your church pastor
- Minimum English language requirements for international applicants whose prior education was not conducted in English
- TOEFL 80 (IBT) / 550 (PBT)
- IELTS 6.
Certificates must have been issued within the past two years.

- Fees quoted above are estimated based on 2026 rates and inclusive of 9% GST. Fees are revised annually.

- (Full-Time Program only) International students will need to take into consideration living expenses and other related fees incurred from staying in Singapore on a student pass.
Admission Calendar
The School of Theology follows a trimester system with 3 terms in a year. Each term consists of 13 weeks. Students are advised to check with the school for the exact term dates.
