GRADUATION
Message from Chancellor

"... whatever your calling, never stop doing the work of an evangelist."
Founder and Chancellor
Rev Dr Naomi Dowdy
Congratulations to each of you as Graduates!
What a time to launch into greater expressions of ministry. The needs are overwhelming, the warfare is intense, yet the opportunities are limitless.
With all your studies in TCA, I believe that you have become more aware of your spiritual gifts. You have sharpened your ears to hear God’s voice. Now, all these have reinforced or helped you discover your ministry calling.
With that confidence in your spirit, I want to challenge you to always remember, whatever your calling, never stop doing the work of an evangelist.
Throughout the Old and New Testaments, the prophets, as well as Jesus Himself, were always proclaiming God’s word to the people.
In Acts, Saul, the persecutor, had a divine encounter with God on the road to Damascus. He immediately began proclaiming about Jesus as our savior and redeemer.
Scripture tells us that faith comes by hearing the word. This means that someone must be speaking the word. If no one is speaking, how shall others hear and how shall they believe?
Together, this makes it clear to you, that the one element that must always be in your ministry, regardless of other titles or expressions: you must always be proclaiming God’s love, His power to save and restore. Never lose focus on your bottom line assignment from God.
Today as you walk into a greater fulfillment of your calling from God, I am asking the Holy Spirit to stir your heart for new people to come into the Kingdom of God. You may be a counselor, a teacher, a pastor, children’s worker or someone on the tech team. But foremost, always remember you are called to proclaim Jesus. You do not need a pulpit nor do you need a title. Every one of us is called to be salt and light in the sphere of our assignment from God.
Congratulations, you are called for such a time as this!
