Checklist for Local Applicants

  1. A recent passport-sized e-photo (JPEG, PNG)

  2. NRIC (Digital NRIC or PDF)

  3. Educational certificates and transcripts (PDF)

  4. A recommendation from each of the following. Both recommenders must not be a relative:

    • A pastor/denominational leader/elder from the church that you are currently attending

    • A pastor, elder, deacon or a friend 

  5. Proof of financial ability to cover the program costs (e.g. bank statement, for full-time programs only)

  6. Letter of sponsorship (for full-time programs only, download sample here)

    • ​This letter should clearly indicate that all expenses (e.g. tuition fees, hostel fees, etc.) will be covered by the sponsor. 

    • The sponsor can be an individual, a church, or an organization.

    • If the sponsor is a church or an organization, please provide a Letter of Sponsorship printed on the church’s or organization’s letterhead.

  7. A 1,500-word personal testimony that includes the following:

    • Reasons for choosing TCA College and how you came to know about TCA

    • Christian ministry experience in the past three years

    • Plans upon graduation and how this program will help you achieve them

Checklist for Overseas Applicants
All non-English documents must be translated and notarized

  1. A recent passport-sized e-photo (JPEG, PNG) with white background 

  2. Passport (PDF)

  3. Birth Certificate (PDF)

  4. Marriage Certificate (if applicable, PDF)

  5. Educational certificates and transcripts (PDF)

    • Non-English documents must be translated and notarized

  6. A recommendation from each of the following. Both recommenders must not be a relative:

Payment

All payments must be made before the application can be processed for approval. Fees are non-refundable. 

Modes of Payment for Local Applicants

PayNow (UEN)
  1. Login to your banking app.

  2. At the PayNow transfer screen, enter TCA College’s UEN 197802911HC01 and the amount to be transferred.

  3. Verify that TRINITY CHRISTIAN CTR LTD – TCA COLLEGE and UEN 197802911HC01 are displayed.

  4. Key in the description/reference field: Application number (e.g. AP211018004)

  5. Proceed with the transfer.

  6. Email transfer details to biz@tca.edu.sg

PayNow (QR code)
  1. Login to your banking app. For DBS/POSB Digibank Mobile App, select Scan & Pay on login page.

  2. Scan the QR code.

  3. Verify that TRINITY CHRISTIAN CTR LTD – TCA COLLEGE and UEN 197802911HC01 are displayed.

  4. Key in the description/reference field: Application number (e.g. AP211018004)

  5. Proceed with the transfer.

  6. Email transfer details to biz@tca.edu.sg

Mode of Payment for Overseas Applicants

  1. Go to the Flywire website: www.flywire.com/pay/tca

  2. Enter the full amount and select your home country

  3. Create an account (one-time) or sign in as guest

  4. Select payment options and follow the given instructions. Different payment options are available for different countries

  5. Provide information about the payer (one-time set-up)

  6. ​Provide information of the student (i.e. applicant)

    • ​Payment Type: Select “Admission Fee

  7. ​Confirm Your Payment Information: Please take note of the instructions for different payment options. Click “Next”

  8. Follow the instructions given to complete your payment

  9. Track your payment online and receive email alerts each step of the way

  10. Email transfer details to biz@tca.edu.sg so that we can look out for your payment.

Dean's Interview

On receiving a complete application and payment,  arrangements will be made for the applicant to be interviewed by the School Dean to assess his/her eligibility for the program applied. 


The interview may be conducted onsite at TCA College or online via web conferencing.

Application Outcome

The Academic Office will notify the applicant of the outcome one month after the interview by email. 

Should the applicant wish to contact TCA College on his/her application outcome, please write to: biz@tca.edu.sg.

TCA College reserves the right to reject applications without disclosing reasons.
